Times Blitz

Terms & Subscription Terms
These terms explain how TimesBlitz works, how subscriptions and billing are handled, and the rules for using the service. This page is written in plain language for parents.
Effective Date: 26 January 2026
Website: timesblitz.com
1. About TimesBlitz

TimesBlitz is an educational website that helps children practise multiplication (times tables) through games, rewards and challenges. Some features may be free, and some may require a paid subscription.

By accessing or using TimesBlitz, you agree to these Terms & Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Definitions

When we use these words in these terms, this is what we mean:

  • Service means the TimesBlitz website, games, features, and related services.
  • Account means your TimesBlitz login (parent/guardian account) and any saved settings or progress.
  • Parent/Guardian means the adult responsible for the account, billing, and permissions.
  • Child user means a child using TimesBlitz under a parent/guardian account.
  • Subscription means a paid recurring plan that unlocks paid features for the subscription period.
  • Paid features means features that require an active subscription (for example, premium practice tables).
3. Eligibility & parent responsibility

TimesBlitz is designed for children to play, but accounts and billing are for parents or guardians. If you are a parent/guardian, you are responsible for supervising children using the service under your account.

  • You must provide an email address you control for account and billing communication.
  • You are responsible for managing subscriptions, cancellations, and billing settings.
  • You agree to ensure any child users follow the “acceptable use” rules below.
4. Accounts & kid privacy

TimesBlitz encourages kids to use nickname-only for privacy. You agree not to upload or share unnecessary personal information about children on the platform.

Important

  • Keep billing emails for parents/guardians only.
  • Do not share passwords with children.
  • Use nicknames rather than full names.

For details on how information is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please keep your password confidential and do not share it publicly. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

  • You are responsible for activity on your account unless it was caused by our mistake.
  • Use a strong password and keep your email secure.
  • If you need to, use password reset from the account page.
6. Subscriptions & billing

TimesBlitz subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe).

What you agree to when you subscribe

  • Your subscription begins immediately when payment is successful.
  • You authorise recurring billing until you cancel.
  • Pricing may include applicable taxes depending on your location and Stripe settings.
  • TimesBlitz does not store full card details; this is handled by the payment provider.

Receipts and billing emails are generally sent by the payment provider to the parent email address.

If your payment fails or is reversed, access to paid features may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

7. Pricing & plan changes

We may update pricing or change plan features from time to time (for example, adding new features or improving existing ones). If pricing changes, the updated price will apply from your next renewal (not retroactively), and we will provide notice where required.

If you do not want to renew at a new price, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time via the TimesBlitz account page (billing portal) or through the payment provider’s subscription management tools. Cancelling stops future renewals.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless your payment provider shows otherwise.
  • You remain responsible for charges that occurred before cancellation.
  • After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the paid period.
9. Refund policy (no refunds)

No refunds policy

TimesBlitz subscriptions are non-refundable. If you pay, you have access for the remainder of your paid billing period, and you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law in your country or region.

If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, duplicate billing), please contact us promptly at hey@timesblitz.com.au so we can investigate.

10. Data retention & deletion

If your subscription ends or you stop using TimesBlitz, we may keep certain account data for a short period to allow you to reactivate your account easily and to help with support or billing queries.

Typical retention period

  • We may retain account and game-related data for up to 90 days after a subscription ends.
  • After that, we may delete or anonymise this data unless we must keep certain records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

You can also request deletion sooner by contacting us or by using the delete option on the account page (if available).

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes:

  • Attempting to bypass membership restrictions or access paid content without a valid subscription
  • Uploading harmful content, malware, or trying to disrupt the website
  • Harassing other users or using offensive nicknames
  • Scraping or copying large parts of the site

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

12. Content & intellectual property

TimesBlitz content (including games, text, graphics, design, and branding) is owned by TimesBlitz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal, household, or classroom practice, but you may not copy, sell, or redistribute it without permission.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service (or specific features) if we reasonably believe:

  • there is misuse, fraud, hacking, or attempts to bypass restrictions
  • there is harmful behaviour toward other users
  • we must do so to comply with law or to protect the service

Where reasonable, we will try to provide notice or an opportunity to fix the issue. In serious cases (for example, security abuse), we may act immediately to protect the service.

14. Changes to the service or terms

We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example by email to the parent account email address).

15. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

TimesBlitz is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimesBlitz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost data or lost profits) arising from use of the service. Where laws in your region provide consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, those guarantees still apply.

16. Worldwide access & governing law

TimesBlitz may be accessed from many countries. However, these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the courts of Queensland, Australia (unless local consumer law in your country requires otherwise).

This approach allows TimesBlitz to be used worldwide while keeping one clear legal home base.
