Times Blitz is designed for kids to practise times tables, with parents in control of accounts.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Ask us to update or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe). Times Blitz does not store your full card details on our servers.
What information may be processed for payments
- Your name and email address
- Billing details (such as country and postcode)
- Transaction details (such as amount, currency, and subscription status)
- Payment method details handled by the payment provider (e.g., card type and last 4 digits)
Note: Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled directly by the payment provider.
How we use payment information
- To activate and manage your subscription or purchase
- To provide receipts or invoices
- To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure
- To provide customer support for billing issues
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes (if offered) are managed through our payment provider’s systems and/or our support team. If you have a billing question, contact us at hey@timesblitz.com.au.
